IMPORTANT NOTICE - TO MEMBERS WHO HAVE THEIR NAMES ON THE DRAWSHEET. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE UNABLE TO COMPETE, PRIOR TO THE COMPETITION YOU MUST NOTIFY THE STARTER NOT LESS THAN TWO HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR TEE TIME. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL NOW RESULT IN A TWO MATCH BAN.

Remember you MUST complete your Scorecards properly before submitting to Match
Committee. You should ensure it contains the Competition Name, date and
time you played, Your Name and Handicap, scores at each hole and
totals. And finally, dont forget to sign it and have the marker sign it.
There are still cards being submitted incorrectly completed, failure to
complete properly could result in your being disqualified from the
competition.
