IMPORTANT NOTICE - TO MEMBERS WHO HAVE THEIR NAMES IN THE DRAW. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE UNABLE TO COMPETE, PRIOR TO THE COMPETITION YOU MUST NOTIFY THE STARTER NOT LESS THAN TWO HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR TEE TIME. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL NOW RESULT IN A TWO MATCH BAN. (If you can not make First thing on a Saturday Morning draw - notify starter AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ON THE DAY. The Pro starts at 7am.)

LATE ENTRIES. - Late Entries to WEEKLY (Wednesday - Saturday - Sunday Competition) on the DAY can only be made in EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES. This must be cleared through the Match Secretary on the day and have an exceptional reason.
Entries can be made through V1 up to 12 hours before the day of play, as can withdrawals with full refund.
DO NOT PUT THE STARTER OR PRO UNDER PRESSURE TO ACCEPT AN ENTRY ON THE DAY OF COMPETITION.
